Previously, Dan was Chief Product Officer at Lendesk, where he led the development of its Lender Network and the integration of Lender Spotlight and Finmo.
Jake Bannister brings over eight years of experience in residential and commercial lending. He joined Glasslake Funding at its inception in 2023 and quickly became a driving force behind the brand’s launch and broker network growth in Ontario. In 2024, Jake moved west to lead Glasslake’s strategic expansion into B.C. and Alberta. He now oversees their presence across Western Canada, working closely with brokers to get deals done and deliver results clients can count on.
Recently recognized as a Rising Star in the industry and the recipient of the Mortgage Awards of Excellence BDM Award of Excellence, Jake is known for his thoughtful approach, responsiveness, and ability to simplify even the most complex deals. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him on the golf course — bringing the same focus, consistency, and drive for excellence to every round.
With over 20 years in the mortgage industry, Sebastien brings a wealth of experience and leadership to his role as VP of Sales for Ontario at Sequence Capital. He began his career as a Mortgage Specialist at CIBC, later moving into the broker channel with National Bank as Director National. Sebastien then expanded his expertise in the alternative lending space with Home Trust and Community Trust. Known for his strategic insight and collaborative approach, Sebastien is a trusted partner to brokers and industry professionals, committed to helping them grow their businesses through guidance, innovation, and unwavering support.
Tracey Robinson is a seasoned mortgage industry leader with over 28 years of experience in relationship management and strategic development. As a Principal, she is known for driving sales growth, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening client acquisition, retention, and expansion across diverse markets.
She brings a forward-thinking approach to her work, championing digital innovation to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience. Passionate about people development, Tracey has led impactful training initiatives and successful product launches, while simplifying complex industry concepts for both clients and colleagues.
With deep expertise in compliance, risk management, and portfolio oversight, Tracey consistently delivers strong outcomes for stakeholders. A natural relationship builder, she fosters trusted partnerships across the industry and is known for her practical insights and results-driven mindset. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren and her passion for interior decorating.
